SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Nation Wide

SNAP, formerly known as the Food Stamp Program, is a federal program that helps make sure that low-income families have sufficient nutrients and food. The current SNAP program gives individuals an EBT or debt card which will allow them to purchase eligible food items each month. WIC is a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children from low-income. The WIC program gives individuals an EBT or paper checks which will allow them to purchase certain food items each month. To apply for WIC contact your nearest clinic to make an appointment.
